Chris claims to do 51 curls of two 50 pound (by his estimate) boxes of soda.

Chris uses improvised dumbells to display his strength once more. It should be noted that his technique is horrible and lacking a full range of muscle movement rendering the exercise useless. Around half way into the video the profuse sweating makes a return, in a big way. Of course, in typical Chris fashion one of his can packs breaks falling onto his lap, followed by the cans falling out the pack onto the floor.

A 12-pack of soda weighs 10 1/2 lbs., which means Chris was highballing his weight estimate just a tad.

The fate of the cans is currently unknown, they are presumed flat and or consumed.
