Soon after the [[Incest|incest tapes]] were leaked on 30, July 2021, the affair became the 4th trending hashtag on Twitter. As a result of this and the following [[Chris in the media|mainstream media coverage]], thousands of people were exposed to Chris for the first time. Out of this new infamy the '''orbiter wave''' arose, dubbed such due to the sheer volume of new people following Chris's life story. Some were curious to see what went wrong in his life leading up to the fucking of his own mother; others were blissfully unaware of who Chris really was and saw him as nothing more than another deranged rapist. A third party would attempt to take advantage of Chris's string of unlawful acts, including the raping of his own mother and the theft of $750 from her, in order to gain some degree of attention from it.

Directly afterwards, said ween went on /b/ to brag about it.

When the tapes were discovered, passive observers on the Kiwi Farms understandably began to question whether or not Chris was egged on to have sex with his mother, given the circumstances that have occurred throughout his entire internet saga, where he has been manipulated into doing all kinds of humiliating things. Bella was deemed to be a likely suspect of this if these rumors were true, especially when she appears to act jarringly stoic about Chris describing the sex in such graphic detail. Not helping is how she had made several sockpuppets to leak longer versions of the tape onto the website when she could have just done so from the beginning.
Ironically, Bella somehow manages to be even worse than Chris, even when Chris is facing up to 10 years in the slammer for raping his rotting, senile mother.

After the fallout of the incest revelations, Ethan saw both an opportunity to exploit Chris for views, and a chance at convincing Chris to publicly denounce Null, or even get him into legal trouble by linking him to the case. When Chris was located at a motel in Richmond, Ethan livestreamed himself driving to the motel in search of him, knocking on every door on the second floor and ordering pizza in a failed attempt to lure Chris out. In the end, this whole charade didn't do much other than inflict unnecessary psychological harm onto the Suitress. To add salt to an open wound, GiBi attempted to cover-up the fact that he failed to correctly document the events. Instead of apologizing for perpetuating disinformation from Bella, he doubled down by claiming that he was the one who actually uncovered that the Suitress leaked the calls (while still overplaying the situation by calling her a "hero" repeatedly), that he found that Bella was taking advantage of Chris' scenario, and that other sources were actually claiming the opposite. The closest thing there was to an "apology" was a single Twitter post by him claiming that he deleted the first upload of the dox video. One of his fans then decided to chide the Kiwi Farms on the fact that GiBi "apologized", which made it easier for some users to uncover a Chris-themed Discord server ran by him, which was full of his fans, most of whom were underaged. Said Discord would encourage users to contact people like [[Jacob Sockness]] and access NSFW websites. Moderators on the server would also leave inappropriate discussions on things like sex, pornography, domestic abuse, and self-harm unchecked.
