Usage

These usage notes will not be included in articles bearing this template.

This is an inline template used to identify questionable claims that lack a citation to a reliable source. When used, the page displays "citation needed" in superscript next to the sentence. The format for using this template is as follows:

Chris finally lost his virginity to Vanessa Hudgens on February 30, 2008.{{Cite}}

- Displays:Chris finally lost his virginity to Vanessa Hudgens on February 30, 2008.[citation needed]

This template adds pages to the category Category:Articles needing citations, unless including the parameter nocat. This will disable the standard category in situations where it's not needed (ex. when using the template for comedic use, in a quote, etc.)
