So, I wonder if he's read Hot Gimmick. It's visible in the photos here. I haven't as I'm not a fan of shoujo or josei and my manga interests are usually seinen... but I know enough about it to know that the storyline involves bullying a pretty girl into being a guy's personal slave under fear of blackmail.
