Chris uses improvised dumbells to display his strength once more. It should be noted that his technique is horrible and lacking a full range of muscle movement rendering the exercise useless. Around half way into the video the profuse sweating makes a return, in a big way. Of course, in typical Chris fasion one of his can packs breaks falling onto his lap.
