Our 44th and current president of the United States of America. Being black (Half black, anyway), Chris, being the racist autistic that he is, finds him very detestable.

He appears briefly in issue 8 in episode 17 painting the white house black. This is based a popular joke about Obama. Chris obviously took this way too seriously, even believing it as an actual rumor about Obama.
