Rename

Having the infobox list this letter after the other two which come chronologically after it is confusing, and doesn't make much sense since there's only one letter listed here anyway.

We can't really make this Jail Letter 1 and shift everything else over, since it'll mess up a ton of links and references, so I think this is the only option here, even if the concept of a number zero is a little opaque. From now on, there shouldn't be any more letters that get added out of order anyway. --4CentUser (talk) 18:50, 11 October 2021 (UTC)
