The Jerkop Penislave is the official police cruiser Of the Jerkop organization. The Punislav's design is based off of either the 2006-present Dodge Charger police package or the 2005-2009 Ford Mustang Police package, although it's more likely the latter, as Chrissy can only replicate what Michael Bay shows to his stupid autistic brain.
The Punislav was most likely created because Chris got one too many speeding tickets, so he decided to pretend all Virginia State Troopers were all big, mean robots out to kill him, when in fact, they're trying to protect the noble residents of Virginia from Christian's shitty driving. A Punislave rapes Christian in the upcoming Sonichu movie
