Dear Chris,

I've been reading your comics for a long time now, and I have to say, your writing style is very unique! I've grown to appreciate it a great deal, and being an avid reader, I would like to enjoy more books like it!

I absolutely love books of all forms. Some of my favorite authors include Tim Dorsey, Max Barry, GK Chesterson, Robert W. Chambers and Mark Z. Danielewski, but I'm curious to know what you like, or what you find particularly inspiring. So I gotta ask:

1.) What books or authors would you say influenced your writing the most? I know you're a fan of RL Stine's work, but are there any others?

2.) What books would you recommend to your fans? Again, I know you enjoy the collective works of RL Stine and How to Talk to Girls by Alec Greven. What else do you enjoy?

Thanks a bunch, and have a great day!

Chris-chan,

Hi! I'm so glad you started drawing the comic again, I thought you'd given up on it, because you didn't write any new pages for a long time! I'm a boyfriend-free girl, but theres this really cute, quiet, shy boy in my class, and I told my friend to tell his friend to ask me out, so maybe I won't be boyfriend free for long ;)

I had some questions! 1. I've watched a lot of your videos, and your room looks amazing, there's soo much cool stuff! Can you take some pictures or show us in a video, so we can see all the neat stuff you have?

2. I read about how you think gay boys can be saved if you reprogram them to like women! I think that's really important and God would like that! But why would you have them do it with female prisoners?? if they're in jail they're probably really mean, and they might make things worse, or just refuse to help those poor men out...

3. This is kind of a naughty question, so you don't have to answer if you don't want to ;) Do you wear pajamas to bed, or do you sleep "all natural"?

4. My favorite pokemon is Rattata! Can you put a rattata in your comic?

Thanks a lot!!!!

Hello, Chris,

My name is Jacob and I've been following your work for a while now. It has not been far from my mind as I have been working on my first novel, the first draft of which was finished just today (the 27th). As it's my first, I've been quite exhilarated, and in the afterglow I suddenly remembered a couple of things I've been wanting to ask you.

First: if I may be so audacious, I'd like it if you could read the first draft of my novel and tell me what you think of it. When I get to writing the second draft in six weeks, I'd like as many perspectives on the novel as I can, so that I can write the best novel that I can before sending it to publishers to be evaluated. Might I send you a copy?

Second: as a fellow Cherokee, I can't help but wonder why you drew your Cherokee ancestor as being pale-skinned, blue-eyed, and adorned with golden armor. Are the copper skin and leather of your ancestors not visually impressive enough for you? I also wonder why you used a pretend clan as a rival as opposed to one of our ancestral rivals, such as the Mi-Go or the Yithans.

Ia! Ithaqua f'taghn!

With admiration,

Jacob Nathaniel Lights-in-the-Sky of the Cherokee nation.

Hi Chris! I'm a big Sonichu fan. As a long-time webcomic reader, I can honestly say I haven't seen anything quite like Sonichu anywhere else in the whole wide world! Your art brings a lot of joy in my days, and I hope you keep updating the comic!

I'm also a big video game fan. Well, I only have Nintendo DS and the Hex-Box 360 (heh!) but I have nothing at all against the PS3! I might even buy one if Sonichu games ever come out!

I have a few questions about video games though:

1. The Sonichu games you described in the recent videos seemed pretty interesting. I know you want Sonichu, Rosechu and other characters to appear in the games, but what KIND of games are they? What genres? Are they going to be similar to the 3D Sonic games?

2. Are they open-ended games (in which you can do missions in whatever order you want) or are they level/zone based, like the old Sonic games? I prefer open-ended games myself, do you prefer open- ended or level-based games?

3. What do you think of role-playing games? I was pretty happy to see Darkbind "leveling up with experience" in a new comic - do you play any RPGs besides the Pokemon series?

4. I heard from a friend of mine (another Sonichu fan) that you had The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - I love that game, what did you think of it?

5. Are you going to get Dragon Age: Origins?

6. What do you think of Metroid series? I used to play them back in the day and play Metroid Fusion almost every week. What's your fave Metroid boss?

That's all I can think of right now. Hope you answer these soon! Keep up the good work with the comic!!!
