I severely doubt it's an EyeToy. The crap quality of his videos comes from bad lighting (the fart song and dedication to Ryan Cash videos were taken near a window during the day and are visually a huge improvement), the resolution of his videos fits the PSEye's minimum perfectly (320x240, the EyeToy only filmed in 640x480).
