What are the rules of admission?

Who got the right for that badge? Those who are certified Assburgers with the paper from the doctor to prove it or the self-diagnosed? I was "identified" as an Assburger by my philosophy teacher during college. It was at the time the condition was quite new an not yet a PC excuse to act like an asshole. Do I fit in?
