I'm just a cowardly observer and do not have the guts to become a troll. I only wanted to because everyone else had some level above "observer" for a userbox.
RuleCWC might be brought back as the Observers and Fan Artists' Forum, since PVCC and /cwc/ are trolls' forums. This will fill a void in the CWC scene.
