Chris's half-sister and daughter of Bob Chandler.
According to Chris, Carol is a Math "Geinus" [sic]. She won the 1988 Mathamatics department McShane award in Virginia.
Carol attended Providence Middle School.[1]
As with all of the Chandler's loose family bonding, virtually no information exists about her, bar Bob's claim that the last time he spoke to her she was a Government Official in D.C.
