Anyone else realised that the "I am woman, hear me roar" line was probably stolen from the Rugrats's "I am Reptar, hear me roar"? Not even a fucking ounce of creativity exists within him. 37 Rb 85.468 23:34, 19 February 2010 (UTC)

  • I thought of Batman Returns - "I am Catwoman, hear me roar. Meow." Either way, not an original bone in his body. And how can I delete this file? There's already one uploaded in the Rosechu article; this is a duplicate.- Liquid! 00:26, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
  • "I am woman! Hear me roar!" is the opening verse of "I Am Woman": a song from 1972 that became the unofficial anthem of the women's liberation movement for the remainder of the '70s. (The phrase is still used today, but mostly ironically, to mock modern feminism.) The "I am Reptar! Hear me roar!" from Rugrats and the "I am Catwoman! Hear me roar!" from Batman Returns are both merely parodies of the original line that Chris has in fact misappropriated. So... you're both wrong on the source, but you're both righter than you thought you were regarding just how uncreative Chris is! Llort 00:40, 20 February 2010 (UTC)
