Private Villa of Corrupted Citizens, known colloquially as PVCC (named after the villainous organization from the Sonichu comics), was a message board founded by Cogsdev in late 2008. It was notably frequented by many members of the Miscreants, serving as both a place for discussion of Chris and allegedly organized trolling.
Around April 2009, Cogsdev closed PVCC off from the public and only allowed entry to approved members, which popularly gave off the impression that the forum was an elite secretive "inner circle" of trolls. The forum had supposedly lost major relevance by 2011, being described as having devolved into more of a friend group of Cogsdev rather than a place for Chris discussion.[1][2] Fellow CWCki admin Champthom founded the CWCki Forums in late 2012 for a more open place of discussion, which went on to outlive PVCC and evolve into Kiwi Farms.
In August 2017, PVCC was majorly leaked after a hack, which apparently didn't reveal much interesting information about Chris.
