I'm 95% confident that his Love Quest started a little past his 21st birthday, not after he started hitting on women at PVCC. Speaking of, for some reason, I can't recall where exactly he mentions explicitly the whole dream thing about how God and Jesus told him about his sweetheart, yadda yadda yadda.
