Hey, Normally we don't touch usernames in older signatures - purely because it's like editing an archive. The only thing you could do is set your old user page to redirect to your new preferred username's page - so that links to your old name are both blue, and point people to the new you.

Again - tampering with "history" is sort of anti-wiki unless there's a specific reason why you changed your username. Feel free to message me on IRC if there's more to this than just a change of name for the sake of it. --Anonymax 13:45, 9 August 2012 (PDT)

Yeah, I was trying to distance that username from Sonichu stuff but since the world doesn't revolve around me I can drop the issue. Don't bother with the redirect as it'd be pretty counter-intuitive to my goal. Ah well, moving on. CaveJohnson 17:08, 9 August 2012 (PDT)
