I guess don't worry about it - WelcomeBot is currently just working through our entire user list and welcoming people who have never been welcomed. I made some changes to it that meant it sort of wanted all users to be in sync - and I see no harm in leaving a message for all users who've never had a welcome message before for if/when they ever login again. --Anonymax 18:22, 17 November 2011 (PST)
