I was looking through [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Magic_words "Magic Words"] while working on a new template and I realised that we can replace the word "They" in all these templates with <nowiki>{{GENDER:{{PAGENAME}}|he|she|it}}</nowiki> (Assuming that userboxes go on Userpages, and not on talk pages or something), which would replace it with he/she(/it) depending upon if the user has selected "Male" or "Female" as their gender under "My Preferences" (first tab) at the top. I was looking through "Magic Words" while working on a new template and I realised that we can replace the word "They" in all these templates with {{GENDER:{{PAGENAME}}|he|she|it}} (Assuming that userboxes go on Userpages, and not on talk pages or something), which would replace it with he/she(/it) depending upon if the user has selected "Male" or "Female" as their gender under "My Preferences" (first tab) at the top.
