Who is Graduon?
We all know that Chris is incapable of creating an original character, so what exactly is Graduon a rippoff of? I've always thought of him as the Lord Zed to Mary Lee Walsh's Rita, but Zed was never a staff.
- I think right now, it's generally believed that Graduon is simply a generic "ultimate [vague] evil" for the comic. It's a common theme in fiction to have this sort of guy and whether Chris realizes it or not, it gives him a lot of leeway in doing something with him since he's described so vaguely. It seems that it's merely a personification of his fears about graduation or the negative feelings associated with it. --Champthom 20:51, 5 May 2009 (CEST)
- I immediately thought of the nightmare from Kirby's Adventure. Which seems funny now considering his video 'Shut Up, Brain' has the quote "I should be in Dreamland"--Robotnik 10:30, 7 May 2009 (CEST)
- A user from the somethingawful forums claimed to have "inspired" Chris:
"I'm Count Graduon... I sent him a picture of me in a Halo Spartan Armor with a top hat and a monocle, while holding a wine glass of Mt. Dew in a relaxed position."
...but I don't know if that's worthy of inclusion.--JohnnyA 17:16, 20 October 2009 (CEST)
- Seems unlikely, yet also awesome if true. Ensign disposable 22:11, 20 October 2009 (CEST)
