::[sarcasm]Thank godjezus and the bear that Chris isn't spiteful huh guys?[/sarcasm] It sickens me to think just how many times he must have played this out in his head and STILL believing he shits solid gold when it comes to art. --[[User:Hayate666|Hayate666]] 13:46, 30 September 2009 (CEST) |

To do
This article could use a picture of some sort (a relevant one, of course). Then we can probably feature it. --Champthom 08:23, 23 September 2009 (CEST)
Which reminds me...
What really infuriates me about Chris's Mary Sues in particular is how they whip out supernatural powers as a way to arbitrarily get themselves out of danger. Especially psychic powers. While we've seen ComiChris whip out magic on the occasion, he more often relies on Magi-Chan's psionic abilities to dump his and his freaky monster pet... son... dudes out of trouble. I think that "inborn powers of the mind" which you don't have to study or mutate to use appeal to Chris greatly, since one could theoretically be a mighty psychic the same way some kids are born with an insane ability for math or athletics. Theoretically.
Maybe we should do a "Chris and superpowers" page someday. Though I'm afraid we'd just end up reiterating the obvious, i.e. Chris wants mighty magic powers delivered for arbitrary reasons so he doesn't have to actually work hard to solve things. Ensign disposable 13:22, 31 July 2009 (CEST)
- Well, I've been toying with the idea of writing some longwinded and insightful critique on Chris's writing abilities one day - the frequent deus ex machina use is just one of the problems in his stories. Right now, if we want fun and relevant analysis of Chris's writing, there's always tvtropes.org. =) --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 15:05, 31 July 2009 (CEST)
- I'm not quite sure, but I don't think this story has a mary-sue whipping out powers to save herself, I think it's more just a gigantic magical ragesplosion that killed everyone. - Needlepants 05:27, 30 September 2009 (CEST)
I actually thought that this story was a joke at first - I don't know if I'm reading too much into this or what, but the idea of Chris imagining his high-school life as if he had been a magical girl strikes me as incredibly disturbing, even compared to his usual "ideas." Dammerung
