Come to me, or I'll come to you
I know it's hard to tell because Chris doesn't know when to make pauses or how to use different inflections when speaking, but I don't think he was giving an ultimatum, i.e. "Either you come to me, or I'll come to you!" I think it was more "You can come to my house, but if that doesn't work out for you, I could pick you up at your house."
