| It all started when I was surfing TVTropes one day, and came across a page for Sonichu. I thought "how bad could it get?" While the comic was lousy enough, Chris's life is better than any TV show.

| One little note: The one time I went to the Pokémon Trading Card League, it was at the Books-A-Million that Chris volunteered at. I know that Chris worked the place at the time I went, because it was before the Neo series. I only remembered getting gypped out of my Zapdos in a lousy trade and then losing to a creative player that kept bending the rules, and neither involved Chris.

| With the PVCC strictly the domain of the old guard and /cwc/ and ED populated with people who think "digging up Patti" and "JULAY!" are funny, we need a new forum for those who wish to discuss Chris.

| This new forum will have three main sections: The Archive, Current Events, and Off-Topic. It will be semi-private: The Archive will be public.

| For The Archive, we will need some help from a PVCC member. We will have all Chris-related data copied, post-by-post. This is so that the P (private) in PVCC still means something, as the PVCC has good stuff related to Christory, and the alternative is making the PVCC public. The forum is closed, except for a section on discussing the previous sagas - visible only to RuleCWC <s>members</s> "citizens" with a few posts.

| Current Events will also be visible only to citizens with a few posts. This is to prevent another Sydney incident where Chris discovers a current plan on the troll forum. New posters will only be able to post in the Off-Topic forum.
