Cracker is a "Change-Bot" that appeared in issue 4 of Sonichu. It is a jet-style Transformer, not unlike the Seekers — i.e. the many repaints of Starscream.
While similar to StarScream, Chris actually ripped off Crackder from the Transformers:Cybertron series version of Thundercracker. Formerly an off-brand generic Transformer (like a Gobot), Crackder has since been upgraded to be a Decepti-Clone, and thus an actual Transformer (again, like the Gobots).
His name is a portmanteau of the Decepticons Thundercracker and...um...Thundercracker.
