<b>BABSCon</b> is the Bay Area Brony Spectacular! It was founded in 2013, but the first BABSCon was in 2014, in the lovely San Francisco! It's three days long and just a barrel of fun! Talk to your fellow degenerates, or maybe see your favourite voice actresses!

==2020 Cancellation==
Unfortunately, BABSCon did not take place in 2020, due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, which was a shame, as people could have got to see start such as: Vincent Tong, Josh Harber, Jeremy Whitley, Andy Price, Daniel Ingram (who [[Internet_Dream_Lounge_(Unused_Version)#Bronycon_2017_.280:58:34-0:59:58.29|Chris has talked to before]]), Grey Delisle-Griffin and so many more!
 
Luckily, just a cwc trip through your nearest portal will take you to BABSCon in C-197! Which went off without a hitch, due to COVID having been cured already over there. It's a shame they don't share the cure with us, but they're too busy having fun and horsing around at BABSCon 2020. Chris, in fact, spent a while in Cwcville to go to BABSCon, during which [[Sonichu]] inhabited Chris' body. It seems that Sonichu isn't so much of a brony, as he would prefer talking about [[July_2020_social_media_posts|Pokemon GO on Twitter]] in dimension 1218 than participating in BABSCon. They must really miss him.
 
In 2020 they ran BABSCon Online- an interactive BABSCon experience on Discord, with panels and gaming tournaments and music concerts all designed to get those bronies around the world to lift their mane-donned heads from mourning and get to "rump shaking". They even had voice actors Claire Corlett, Peter New, Brian Drummond, and Sunni Westbrook hamming up cold-readings of people's comedic submissions. Very cool PR move, guys!
 
==2021 BABSCon==
In the wake of the 1218 2020 Cancellation, the BABSCon team started preparing for and announcing BABSCon 2021! Which will be taking place from the 2nd to the 4th of April 2021. They automatically transferred all 2020 memberships to 2021, so that people can attend the next year. Additionally, all of their 2020 Guests of Honor: Nicole Oliver, Daniel Ingram, Grey DeLisle, Vincent Tong, Peter New, Josh Haber, Gail Simone, Andy Price, Jeremy Whitley, plus a couple they didn’t have the chance to announce yet have already committed to attend BABSCon 2021.
