C-ville is a CWC-ism referring to every town in the United States that begins with a 'C' but more specifically Charlottesville, VA as well as his fictional town CWCville. From how he originally uses C-ville it is clear that he wished to use the term to link him defending his fictional town to his supposed patriotism. Essentially insulting Sonichu means you are insulting CWCville which means you are insulting C-ville which means you hate America.
