Buster Brown

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buster_Brown -- Off-topic, but total nightmare fuel. A comic about a grinning, bug-eyed child in a sailor suit and his somewhat demonic talking dog which was retired in 1920, making it older than Bob Chandler. Wiki says the creator of the comic sold the name to a shoe company who used midgets to portray the character in some kind of bizarre marketing strategy based on sheer terror. The shoe company bearing the character's name survives to this day. No idea who "Mama Brown" is. The creator of Buster Brown died a wealthy man in 1928. For some reason, Chris is referencing popular, successful things from 90 years ago instead of popular and successful things from his own childhood. Or he's trying to sound more like the crazy lady in Misery. I think we broke Chris. Anaconda 10:23, 29 October 2009 (CET)

Wow, interesting tidbits, indeed! Turns out Buster Brown was one of the comics featured in Amerikalainen kuvakirja ("The American Picture Book"), the first ever comic book published in Finland. In 1904. That's before our country gained independence. If this doesn't provoke the feeling of "not entirely on the pulse of the current trends in popular culture", I don't know what does. Can Liquid Chris counter this heinous threat with some fresh jokes from around Hammurabi's reign? --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 11:25, 29 October 2009 (CET)

Aging Christian

You're very right, he seems older than he was yesterday during his To Chris 2 video. It's incredibly disturbing how fast he's getting older; Is it even possible for it to take place this fast?

Nah, it's probably just the effect of not having showered and combed his hair since God/Jesus knows when. - larrykoopa13 05:51, 29 October 2009 (CST)

I think this is like when they arrest a typically beautiful celebrity for cocaine possession or drunk driving, and in the mugshot they look like a disheveled mess. Only even moreso, because Chris is always a mess.--Beat 12:56, 29 October 2009 (CET)

What is the tv playing?

Chris Sucking At Rapping

  • This video proves that without a shadow of a doubt that Chris sucks at rapping. --UJ1985 22:07, 29 October 2009 (CET)
    • No. I refuse to accept that as "rapping" That's shouting random short sentences that don't even rhyme.--Beat 22:16, 29 October 2009 (CET)
