Talk:Craigslist
Christ almighty, are we really that pathetic that we have to make an article about a TV listing Chris made? In any case, hasn't Chris done other stuff on Craigslist? In any case, we could discuss that other stuff here too.--Champthom 04:46, 1 November 2011 (PDT)
-Could this have anything to do with potential money trouble the Chandlers may be having since Bob's death? What of Bob's pension? Is Barb still receiving it. Any little that she brings in is probably not enough to pay the bills and the $800 from Chris's tugboat won't help much after he wastes half of it on junk. Plus we all know Chris is a massive impulse buyer who spends large amounts of cash on small needless items like fast food and such. Perhaps this listing is his way to try to make some extra money and with an ego like his, it's not surprising that he would grossly overprice a crappy mid 90s tv like it is some valuable antique. --Jcrowley1985 16:09, 1 November 2011 (PDT)--Jcrowley1985 16:09, 1 November 2011 (PDT)
-I believe pension cancels for someone once they die, that's what happend with my grandfather's. Knowing Chris, he's selling his dad's old TV at a silly price to help pay the bills. I'd also like to believe that Barb is on some sort of pension, from whatever company she worked for. --TheIronFjord 20:08, 1 November 2011 (PDT)
- Eh, while I don't like to fuel the rumour mill - he's probably trying to get the money for more vidya. --Anonymax 03:28, 2 November 2011 (PDT)
- I couldn't even give one of these away, so I want to see how long it will take before his ego allows him to lower the price. --Melainia 22:15, 4 November 2011 (PDT)
Suggestions
Yes, Craig's list has indeed been used by Chris before and has been a method of trolling as well. We should include the time when he attempted to gain free Sex from a hooker and the phone calls when Son-chu was being advertised. This can also be compared to the his sell experience with eBay, whether he has made any sort of improvement at being a seller or not? Highly doubt he has learnt anything over the years... --Aothesis 17:49, 1 November 2011 (GMT)
