Adding a summary or just a section for important shit we learned might be useful? - Boop 22:17, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

I just want to know is this what he gave them for their 24th wedding anniversary? I mean despite having 350$ of welfare he couldn't put 50$ a side to buy a gift for his parents own anniversary?Shawths

If Chris spent money on them, then that would be 50$ he couldn't spend on video games. Plus, he seems to like picking the cheapest option possible(the attraction sign was described as "inexpensive" in his ED edits).--MoarLurk 00:35, 15 February 2010 (UTC)

I'm just astounded by how little he cares for his parents. Shawths

Chris and music?

The observation's been made before that Chris is tone-deaf but I think this video offers definite proof that it's more than just a really shitty singing voice. At about 6:50 into the father video, he starts playing his in-game composition of the Sonic the Hedgehog theme song (as a gift for his parents). Besides being absolutely atempo, it does not fit any sonic leitmotif I can remember - the closest it comes to is to the invincibility music in the old games (I'm a big fat nerd, shut up) but most of the note changes that are any less than maybe two whole steps he reproduces as the same as the previous note - like the seven identical notes at the end.

Err, mostly this was just an excuse to flex music nuts but if anyone's interested, there's a poorly-phrased explanation of why he can be clinically called tone-deaf.Cutelittlerosey 12:48, 19 March 2010 (EST)

I observed the same thing, and I put it in Chris and Music. But OTOH... that Happy Birthday rendition is completely in rhythm and on-key, if a bit grating and out-of-tune. Was it a pre-fabricated version that Chris messed up? Or maybe a friend did it for him. Wouldn't surprise me. --SeventhBase 23:48, 14 August 2010 (PDT)
