Virginia is for Virgins

An idea that Chris has. He literally thinks that everyone in Virginia has made it their lifes work to keep him from getting laid. This idea was formulated after his sign was destroyed by Mary Lee Walsh and was told that he couldn't get a girlfriend by using a sign.
