Quality portal?

Crazy idea I'm just throwing out here, how about a portal to discuss article quality issues? People bitch about the quality of articles, why not give them a place to bring their concerns so we can address them? It certainly looks that way. It appears to have been taken down either by an admin or due to a terms of service violation. The latter is certainly possible; maybe someone reported the forum to Forumer? This is merely speculation on my part; what actually happened remains to be seen.
