Chris may be talking about the Build-a-Bear Workshop in the video, however I can't rule out rival companies with similar names. Mall Conductor Bear 08:22, 12 May 2009 (CEST)

  • Chris probably means Build a Bear and there's actually a Build a Bear type place at Fashion Square, but for some reason he calls it "Create a Care." --Champthom 08:24, 12 May 2009 (CEST)

There's definitely an 'r' in there; he's saying 'Cr-ear', which tells me that he misspoke and meant to say 'bear'. Pitifuladultlife 19:34, 14 May 2009 (CEST)

  • Chris is saying either "Create-A-Crear" (which would be a "CWC Rhyme" [see my discussion] for "Create-A-Bear") or "Create-A-Critter", which I believe is some sort of rip-off of Create-A-Bear. I just edited the entire transcript of Captain's Log, Stardate October 27th, 2008, and there, I decided - for some reason - to give Chris the benefit of the doubt by going with the latter. • Well, really, I guess it would be the inverse of a "CWC Rhyme", but you get my point. Llort 04:03, 9 June 2009 (CEST)
  • It strikes me that throughout Chris's comics, he refers to various stores and such by an almost-version of the brand name, e.g. Get-Tar for Target, 4-Cent Garbage for 4chan, etc. In kids' cartoons it's pretty common to refer to brand name fast food and stores, e.g. McDonalds, by extremely obvious off-brands, e.g. M.C. Donald's. Methinks Chris says things like "Get-Tar Region" or "Create-a-Care" because that's how they do it in cartoons, not necessarily out of speech impediment or (heh heh) fear of getting sued.
