This template is an article message box used to indicate that the subject discussed in an article is an unreliable source. The format for using this template is as follows:

Note on Credibility:

Unreliable has been deemed to be an unreliable narrator.
Bear this in mind, and use healthy skepticism when taking statements from the subject being discussed.

Up to seven reasons can be included to bring their reliablity into question.

Unreliable has been deemed to be an unreliable narrator for the following reasons:

Subject is a clown
Subject is a naif
Subject is a liar
Subject is an outsider
Subject is a ghost
Bear this in mind, and use healthy skepticism when taking statements from the subject being discussed.

The template can also be used to indicate how a page previously had significant amounts of unreliable information, and to then be subsequently be fixed soon after.
