Talk:Kitchen
Can we get a picture of the junk in the kitchen? I'm still finding my way around and figuring out how to change stuff. Merpily 10:50, 22 October 2010 (PDT)
Top Men
I'm seeing this phrase cropping up around the wiki. Why the fuck is this being used? Every instance of it that I've ever seen links it to "Trolls", even though the people who find this shit and hypothesize about it probably haven't ever actually trolled anyone, especially Chris. If "Top Men" is synonymous with "Trolls", why do we not just use "trolls" and avoid all this annoying and unnecessary piping? If they aren't trolls, why do we link to trolls as if they were?
I expect someone will come in and say "It's all a joke lulz epic ween", but if that's what it's supposed to be, it isn't funny or clever, and so would be removed anyway based on my experience with people inserting "jokes" into articles. Freecell 11:22, 22 October 2010 (PDT)
- Too bad, it's just a joke. "Troll" is just a blanket term for anyone following Chris, since that's how Chris views a troll: someone having a laugh at his expense. Don't get so fucking anal about two damn words. --Schuzrum Dias 12:02, 22 October 2010 (PDT)
Why the fuck is this an article?
Why is nothing sourced? And how do we know these are filmed in Chris's kitchen? Saying Chris filmed in a kitchen makes it sound like he's actually in the kitchen area, whereas in these videos they seem to be in an area adjacent to the kitchen (such as a living room). The house tour might prove me wrong so by all means, if Chris identifies this area as a "kitchen" per the house video, so be it, otherwise this article needs an overhaul.--Champthom 05:37, 7 May 2011 (PDT)
- I'm not justifying the no sourcing, and I guess I could try to find it... But I do remember that it's mentioned a few times that the computer is in the kitchen and I have a vague recollection that those pictures where taken during a "sweetheart" instant messenger/skype thing (which he would have needed the computer for). There are also a few videos in which Chris is using the computer as the video taker and the room looks similar. I could do some deep searching if necessary. Though whomever wrote this should have done this research themself already... sigh --4Macie 08:27, 7 May 2011 (PDT)
Broken Wiki Link?
I would have fixed it myself but apparently, I can't edit this page. --93Aiwass 09:13, 31 January 2013 (PST)
- Because of all the thousands of spambots signing up every hour nowadays, mainspace editing is locked for everyone but admins. I can't change it, either. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Freecell (talk • contribs) 09:48, 31 January 2013 (PST)
Rename
Should probably be renamed since this isn't Chris's kitchen anymore. Not that it technically ever was, anyway, since he never owned 14BC. Maybe something like 14 Branchland Court's kitchen. Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 23:38, 26 September 2023 (EDT)
- Can I recommend the name 'Chandler Kitchen' instead? Current name isn't that great imo. Cereally (talk) 00:32, 4 October 2023 (EDT)
- The Chandlers don't live in the same residence/share the same kitchen anymore though. Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 07:13, 4 October 2023 (EDT)
- Maybe just call it "Kitchen" for the moment? If Chris is currently using some other kitchen, it's unknown to us, so we'd only be referring to 14 BLC's kitchen in this naming. Anaxis (talk) 22:39, 4 October 2023 (EDT)
- Could work. If another kitchen is known then Kitchen could become a disambiguation page. Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 00:17, 7 October 2023 (EDT)
