Talk:List of unheroic protagonist actions
Jesus Christ, this page ended up being a lot longer than I thought it would be. Anyway, I'll get to filling out the other sections later; right now I'm just trying to nitpick the less obvious failings of the comic. And thanks for the note about Patti-Chan's resurrection, EnsignDisposable. I never even thought of that one. --Singel Minory Comic (talk) 17:59, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
- I added stuff on the Classic Sonichu Strips. Go ahead and flesh out those entries. I was thinking of trying to tackle the Sub-Episodes because they were empty, but man that's probably going to be the meatiest chunk of this article. Nathan (talk) 06:26, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
Filling the sub-episode section, today, and it's going to be a looooooong fucking list. Possibly more than episode 21. Boomhauer (Boomhauer) 12:38, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
Separating unheroic versus just plain dumb.
I intentionally called the page unheroic instead of questionable (my first choice) for a reason. Stuff like Sonichu and Rosechu having filthy BDSM sex or Chris acting like a dork on his lovequest is gross and stupid, but it isn't exactly unheroic, let alone evil. Sonichu objectifying Rosechu or the two neglecting their kids while they have sex or Bubbles not being convinced that Blake is an impostor despite all of the warnings would be. I don't want to seem like I'm bigfooting you guys, but I feel that this page needs a cleanup so the page isn't bogged down by 'a real hero would get a better outfit'. And yes, I know I'm guilty of a couple of entries myself. --Singel Minory Comic (talk) 14:50, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- I definitely agree there. I was trying to focus on the actual unheroics involved in the Classic Sonichu Strips like him attacking Mary Lee Walsh without any onscreen provocation, the implication that he might give up if his "only one shot" failed (a stretch I'll admit, and I wouldn't mind that line being removed), and Rosechu standing around uselessly instead of helping.Nathan (talk) 19:03, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
- That's fair enough. I might have stretched it a little with Issue #4. Issue #10, on the other hand, is basically all unheroic actions; I mean, Chris n' the gang are basically mass murders and corrupt political figures. Boomhauer ([[User talk:Boomhauer|talk) 19:15, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
Jesus Christ
From a writing standpoint, this page is an absolute trainwreck. I'll need some time on this one; please, in the future, don't just throw up your first draft for an entirely new page. --Cumlord supreme (talk) 04:22, 23 August 2014 (UTC)
