** I prefer Super Robot myself, but I'll give any decent-looking show a fair shake, and Macross Frontier was a fun way to fill 22 minutes a week when there was nothing else to watch (GL and Gundam 00's first season were both off the air by then, the only other show was Code Trainwreck). It's for the better that CWC doesn't know about it because the main character is a former kabuki actor who played female roles and you see him in geisha drag/face makeup in the first intro! Confused my penis and gave me the Prickly-Wicklies, I'd hate to see Chris' reaction. But wasn't it one of his sweethearts that got him to watch End of Eva? (I like Eva, but damn, I am never watching that again) I have my doubts that he'd watch it on his own, the DVDs don't have enough primary colors or NEKO NEKO KAWAII. As for Steel Angel Kurumi... just watched intro, wow... no surprise, he'd be all over that. --Needlepants 16:24, 8 August 2009 (CEST) | ** I prefer Super Robot myself, but I'll give any decent-looking show a fair shake, and Macross Frontier was a fun way to fill 22 minutes a week when there was nothing else to watch (GL and Gundam 00's first season were both off the air by then, the only other show was Code Trainwreck). ::* I don't even so much know if the original image knew what it was ripping off. If you follow Japanese fanart a lot, you'll know that this particular image is a meme in itself and the pose has been drawn for basically anything you can think of. I've seen this image a good 50 times just for one game in particular. --LizardPie 20:41, 28 August 2009 (CEST) |

To do
- Get Blanca's original image of it
- origin of Jiggliami as described by Blanca
- appearances in comics
- how Chris claimed it after Blanca broke up with her
Kyun Kyun *sparkle* (ie: Blanca stole from Macross F)
I guess I'm a total weaboo mecha animu fan, but I can't be the only person who sees it. I know CWC probably has never heard of Macross Frontier (because even a middling-quality anime is too good for him to enjoy), but still... dude, tracing a trace. I'm giggling here. -- Needlepants 06:06, 8 August 2009 (CEST)
- Admittedly, I'm a 'weaboo mecha animu fan', and I didn't catch it. Obviously because I like the over-the-top Super Robot action, a-la Gurren Lagaan and Shin Mazinger, over something like Macross. Though, don't underestimate Chris' love of anime. I mean, he watched Evangelion and, in his room, I noticed a poster to an anime known as Steel Angel Kurumi, which, well... has a lot for someone like Chris to mass debate to. -- Blazer 06:19 8 August 2009 (CEST)
