Summary
This is the latest version of the "Birthday Boy" banner, expected to be used in 2024 with the conclusion of the Jail Saga.
The context of this banner is that as far as I know, all of the Chandler relatives disowned Chris: as of the time of upload, Chris was in jail (or somewhere undisclosed), with no company except for imaginary friends and a dwindling number of devoted supporters.
Inspiration for the revised banner came from scene in a Simpsons episode called "Stark Raving Dad".
