Impossibility of perfection

One of Chris's most consistent and long-held beliefs is that because nothing is able to be completely perfect, having any standards at all is wrong.

Rather than let 'perfect' be the enemy of 'good', he lets 'imperfect' be the enemy of 'decent' when 'decent' is something he falls short of.
