Proposed article

This is my proposed solution to how we manage and collect information pertaining to the events of October 28th 2011.

Title

We have a few articles with titles like this (e.g.), so while I don't know if it's "right" or not, much like "Chris's", it's just become a standard. Good eye, though. I didn't catch that it wasn't Americanised. Freecell (t/c) 16:11, 5 November 2011 (PDT)

Explanation

Am I reading this right? Chris got an Assault charge (assumption being it has to do with Snyder) but Barb got one too... but for a police officer, because her day in court was Oct 31, is there any information about what "assault" on the officer she actually did? Does anyone know what "complainant : CASON" means? And where can the stuff about him being in jail for two days be found?
