Christian Weston Chandler often remarks that he wants a girl to make into a "Sweetheart from the Ground-Up." He apparently finds this term so clever that he uses it incessantly. He may think that it rhymes.
Although his meaning with this phrase is most likely that he wants to cause a gal pal to become a casual girlfriend and then a sweetheart, to all other human beings it sounds like he wants to lock a woman inside his bedroom of horrors and remake her in his image as a woman slave. This is one of thousands of reasons why non-inflatable women won't touch him.
