To prevent from having to keep two pages synced in edits, we should decide whether the Mal-Wart article or this one will be the main one to hold the sighting info on the Midlothian Walmart. Common Name

I'm seeing a lot more references online to Chris' status as a cryptid, with a focus on "sightings" of him. I think something like "Cryptid Era" would be more appropriate and recognizable. I think the current setup of the page, for one, has too many Doctor Who references and "The Chase" gives the impression that people are or should be actively seeking Chris out. Even with the disclaimer, it's not the way we should be framing this, to my mind. BieresDeLaMeuse (talk) 12:55, 4 May 2023 (EDT)

I think "bigfoot" works a bit better, owing to the one picture of him, and the fact that it's a bit more specific. Plus, Chris kind of resembles a large bulbous ape-human. post jail i think would be a better name for the new christorical era. when it comes to the new saga, i really think the chase is a good name. its more iconic. theres only two doctor who references on this page, (the julay dalek and the saga template) and i dont think we are "framing" anything. the closest thing would be the image of the peen ween starting his "quest", which i tried to present in a negative light. Maybe we could rename this page to something straightforward like Post-jail sightings. It's not punchy like The Chase, Cryptid, or Bigfoot, but it's descriptive enough, and would avoid the awkward disclaimer saying not to actually chase Chris. Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 22:49, 4 May 2023 (EDT)

What about the CWCfoot Saga? I do think we should change the name to something that is consistent with the rest of the CWCki's nomenclature. Probation Saga? Bail Saga? Towne center sighting and reaction in the photo

Chris's reaction in the photo looks like he's nervous or a bit scared, which is a normal reaction to having your photo taken in public by a stranger. Do you think his time in the hostile environment of jail has introduced a bit of social anxiety? From personal experience I'm also autistic and used to be much like Chris, before experiencing a time of prolonged stress (not jail but I won't get specific) that made me extremely scared of strangers and new people.
