I think you can include it in the article. Maybe just cite it as being from an insider source that was leaked to KF, post the relevant lines from that chat and let the readers decide on the legitimacy for themselves. Self-inflicted?
I was lurking on the Kiwi Farms and I discovered on their thread about Chris getting worse, user dannyfrickenp posted a chatlog Marvin stating that the Un-clit 2.0 was a SELF-INFLICTED knife wound, that he was seeing a doctor, and that he was going to be fine: https://kiwifar.ms/threads/is-chris-getting-worse.23289/#post-1666061 Should this be treated as legit or is more info needed to confirm?
