:Brighter could work as long as it's not too bright and is easily distinguishable from other colors. Like this yellow #FFFFE6 and this green #E6FFE6 are too bright and can be difficult to distinguish apart on pages with lots of those quoteboxes.[[User:Hurtful Truth Level|Hurtful Truth Level]] ([[User talk:Hurtful Truth Level|talk]]) 22:09, 24 August 2020 (UTC)

Working out a new color scheme

Ok, so I've been trying to make the colors more distinguishable, but there's been some different ideas floating around so I think we should come to some sort of consensus, should we make the colours duller or brighter? For instance, I was thinking something like #FFFDB8 for a yellow, but another editor was thinking more #F2F2CE, which is a lot more gray. What do we think? Should we go brighter or duller? Brighter could work as long as it's not too bright and is easily distinguishable from other colors. Like this yellow #FFFFE6 and this green #E6FFE6 are too bright and can be difficult to distinguish apart on pages with lots of those quoteboxes.Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 22:09, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
