: I assume it's 3 hours behind your timezone then, because it's PDT (Pacific Time during Daylight Savings), whereas you're in the Eastern Timezone. My timestamp also does PDT, even though I'm in England. I'm pretty sure they're not localized because otherwise it would just be confusing to have to calculate the differences between timezones to figure out the order in which people posted. My time stamp is messed up
