Quote of the Now

I feel like Japan is going overboard with the laws, yet I do agree with them in regards to certain tourists taking pictures of others without consent, as if the tourists were "Bigfoot spotting". I speak from personal experience on that. I wish I could just simply report every single unconsentual photo taken of me that is online. But even the justice system can be wrongfully biased.

An Etsy customer gambled that Chris would deliver and lost, still bitter over it three years later.

Fnf singstar challenge virgin rage by kekuusbroo dff4ir4-pre.jpg

The SingStar Challenge was a video competition phase of the CWCivil War, initiated by Solid Chris. Previously, Solid (posting under the YouTube handle IBAChandler) had attempted to reestablish his TRUE and HONEST identity with videos showcasing his multiple talents. This cunning plan backfired miserably, as Liquid Chris (posting as CChanSonichuCWC) outdid Solid's talents in his own videos. This included playing More Than a Feeling on a real guitar, shaming Solid's Guitar Hero rendition. Butthurt that Liquid had an actual talent, Solid recognized that the clear solution was to formalize the contest, thus eliminating such dirty tricks.

The challenge would have a unique legacy among Christory, as it cemented the popular image of Liquid Chris as a relatively "harmless" troll in the eyes of many fans who look at the Classic Era with rose-tinted glasses. Years later, fans would recreate the story of the challenge as a mod to the ever-popular online rhythm game Friday Night Funkin'. Chris would eventually create his own spiritual successor after his extended stint in jail, challenging the vocals of an artificial intelligence version of his voice that could sing popular songs instead of Liquid Chris.

This Day in Christory

“Oh, I'm single and lonely, and possibly a bit horny. But that ain't fit for a Droll Sit-chee-ation, so now I'll just make it corny.”

Today in Christory, in 2009, Chris released a video stating that he would only meet women in person.

Today was also the day, in 2010, that Chris yakked on about comedians and did an abysmal Jerry Seinfeld impression.
