The problem with punctuation marks at the end of a title is that it can break links.

For instance, https://sonichu.com/cwcki/CHRIS!!!_CHANDLER!!!

I just realized that one way of getting around that is to make a redirect page that has the full punctuation and directing it to the page with the truncated title. Hurtful Truth Level (talk) 05:44, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
