There's a paragraph about how the Quinn breakup might've influenced Chris's emotional state to make him more susceptible to Wise. I'm kinda skeptical Quinn had that much of an effect. The breakup was within the first week of October 2017, and Wise's role-playing campaign didn't begin until late October. For most of the interim, Chris was at his usual self, doing things like tweeting, drawing comics and doing interviews. Also, Quinn and Wise targeted different points of his emotional state - Quinn targeted his loneliness and Wise targeted his escapism. :I put that there mainly because that particular era of Chris's life ended there and a new one began shortly afterward. There is a stark difference between what Chris was like before then and what he's like after the Idea Guys got into his head, and I felt that it was worth at least pointing out that losing a long-term relationship may have hurt Chris in a way that wasn't quite apparent at the time. Note how hard he took it compared to previous "break-ups". KingClark (talk) 21:14, 24 June 2021 (UTC) |

Blackmail and Extortion
According to Null, Joshua Wise and Stephen Boyd extorted $6,000 from Chris. Could this amount be directly related to this tweet Chris sent out in May? https://tweetsave.com/cwcsonichu/status/998273890555080704 --Galilean (talk) 04:02, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
