**The 'saltier' part is directly stolen from Excel Saga, that's why it links there. If he'd actually made it up (which is beyond him, as it was actually witty in context), then you'd probably be correct. --LizardPie 07:55, 20 October 2009 (CEST) | **The 'saltier' part is directly stolen from Excel Saga, that's why it links there. Pardon my rampant scepticism, but this joke just screams "my my, what an old joke" and "possibly unearthed in Luxor by a crack team of Egyptologists in 1926". Especially if Chris has used this repeatedly. ** Eh, he's not clever enough to come up with this, but it's not as if he directly stole it either. This joke is way too old to put a source to it. It's probably something he learned from Bob, who would've known the joke back in a time when it was a little randy, not completely pathetic as it is today. --Schuzrum Dias 22:53, 4 June 2010 (UTC) | |||

The Me_and_Panda_Bear_by_SonichuSite.jpg image appears to reference another (very old) joke. Specifically, "offered and honored my feelings" seems an odd turn of phrase even by CWC standards unless it's a reference to "She offered her honor, he honored her offer, and all night long he was honor and offer." The way it's used implies that he may heard the joke without really understanding it. Bzam 01:08, 23 November 2012 (PST) |

I believe he might have mentioned this in a Sonichu's News Dash. Need to find out if that's the case. --Champthom 00:00, 17 March 2009 (CET)
Shouldn't much much saltier link to Navy? Also, this joke has made humanity on the whole that much less funny just by it's very existence.--Beat 07:00, 20 October 2009 (CEST)
- The 'saltier' part is directly stolen from Excel Saga, that's why it links there. If he'd actually made it up (which is beyond him, as it was actually witty in context), then you'd probably be correct. --LizardPie 07:55, 20 October 2009 (CEST)

So where is it from?
Pardon my rampant scepticism, but this joke just screams "my my, what an old joke" and "possibly unearthed in Luxor by a crack team of Egyptologists in 1926". Especially if Chris has used this repeatedly. So where is the joke really from? --wwwwolf (wake me when you need me) 23:02, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

It's probably something he learned from Bob, who would've known the joke back in a time when it was a little randy, not completely pathetic as it is today. --Schuzrum Dias 22:53, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
Second joke?
The Me_and_Panda_Bear_by_SonichuSite.jpg image appears to reference another (very old) joke. Specifically, "offered and honored my feelings" seems an odd turn of phrase even by CWC standards unless it's a reference to "She offered her honor, he honored her offer, and all night long he was honor and offer." The way it's used implies that he may heard the joke without really understanding it. Bzam 01:08, 23 November 2012 (PST)
