"'''Christian Love Day'''" is a video uploaded on 23 [[February 2010]] to commemorate [[Christian Love Day]], [[Christian Weston Chandler|Chris]]'s [[Chris and his ego|self-created holiday]], which just so happens to fall on his birthday. In the video, he recites a speech [[Things Chris has ripped off|copied]] from the science-fiction movie ''{{w|Independence Day (film)|Independence Day}}''.

Signs of the Chandlers' worsening finances were made apparent by the increasing amounts of begging videos and donation requests on [[YouTube]] and [[Facebook]].


When this video was first uploaded to YouTube, many people noticed that someone else is is holding the camera. This would become more clear when Chris revealed the [[Magical Man Potion|personal change]] he alludes to here, in which we meet the [[Magical Man|visitor]] who apparently brought his own camera with him to Chris's house.  The quality of the footage in this video is decidedly clear, perhaps the clearest we've ever seen Chris at this point in time, as his mysterious guest owned a better camera.  
In June 2017, [[Christian Weston Chandler|Chris]] began to take his [[Patreon]] account more seriously and recommenced drawing Sonichu comic pages. He has gotten several hundred dollars per month for his efforts, and payments continued until 2 August 2021, when his Patreon account was shut down. As a result, begging had temporarily subsided.

The Financhu Crisis is a term coined by users from Kiwi Farms to describe the steep decline in the Chandler family's financial management beginning in early 2016. Signs of the Chandlers' worsening finances were made apparent by the increasing amounts of begging videos and donation requests on YouTube and Facebook.

In June 2017, Chris began to take his Patreon account more seriously and recommenced drawing Sonichu comic pages.
