** Late reply, BUUUUT: I haven't seen Excel Saga in ages so if it did have any pyons I wouldn't remember, and there are two rabbit Pokémon (Buneary and Lopunny) but they don't say that as far as I know. While I haven't seen a lot of Sailor Moon in a while either (I watched a couple of episodes a few days ago, but none of them had it), I'd imagine that's where he got it because the protagonist's name is Usagi (rabbit). Or maybe he got it somewhere else, who knows? --Lime 19:46, 14 February 2010 (UTC) | ** Late reply, BUUUUT: I haven't seen Excel Saga in ages so if it did have any pyons I wouldn't remember, and there are two rabbit Pokémon (Buneary and Lopunny) but they don't say that as far as I know. *I don't know much about anime, but from what I read, it was used in a series called FLCL, (http://www.flclw.com/glossary.htm) another cartoon, Mini Moni, which was based on a J-pop girl group, and I would guess a variety of other sources, since it's a part of the language. According to Wikipedia, FLCL began airing on Adult Swim in about 2003, so it would be safe to guess that Chris might have seen it there. It's Champ. No, I am not being vain but Ivy decided to name one of her hermit crabs after me, along with CrassCrab (the first voice of Chris in Sonichu:The Animated Series) and wanted Chris to give a shoutout. --Champthom 22:09, 13 April 2009 (CEST)
Pyon pyon pyon, for Crass and Champ~
Apparently "pyon" is the Japanese onomatopoeia for a rabbit jumping. Oh Chris, you goddamn weeaboo (lol, like I should talk). --Lime (Scold? | Undo?) 03:43, 5 June 2009 (CEST)
- Oh wow, that's quite interesting. Would anyone know where he got it from? Excel Saga? Sailor Moon? Are there any Bunny-Pokémon?
